Public Hearing for FY 2024 CDBG grant
Proof of Publication as defined in Oklahoma State Statute:
An affidavit of publication provided by a publisher or authorized employee pursuant to subsection A of Okla. Stat. tit. 25, § 108;
shall constitute conclusive proof that the newspaper has published the notice, advertisement or publication and shall be incontestable in any court in this state.
