This 69-acre park features two lighted ball fields, a pedestrian bridge to parking on Hwy 117 / Taft Road, a playground structure, skate park, covered picnic shelter, 1 mile lighted, ADA accessible trail, pedestrian bridge to additional mile of paved walking/jogging trail, wetlands (shallow & deep areas), two outdoor fitness systems, restrooms, concessions (during specific events), picnic tables with grills, disc golf course, and Wiggly Field, a fenced-in dog park for pups of all sizes.

Fishing is permitted in the large pond at Kelly Lane Park thanks to a partnership with the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation's "Close to Home" Fishing Program. All fishers must possess a valid Oklahoma State Fishing License. See additional "Close to Home" fishing regulations here.
