Sahoma Lake is a 340-surface acre, city water supply lake with tent camping, RV camping, indoor heated fishing dock, boat ramp, ADA accessible fishing dock, covered picnic areas, and seasonal waterfowl hunting opportunities. The Sahoma Bait & Concession Store provides indoor restrooms and sells live bait, food, beverages, and city permits for fishing, camping, and hunting (cash only). Largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, channel catfish, crappie, perch, blue gill, and redear perch can all be found in the Pretty Water/Sahoma area.
Sahoma Lake is adjacent on the northeast to Pretty Water, a 25-surface acre, spring-fed, city water supply lake with day-use recreational opportunities including boating (non-gas motors only), ADA accessible fishing docks and paved, scenic walking trail, and stocking program for trout and channel catfish.
